Our Goal...
At Cannon Studios, our goal is to teach people to dance in a fun, positive, educational, and respectful environment.
We begin by introducing the basic patterns and timing in the dance that interests you.
As your knowledge of patterns increases, our instructors will continue your education by helping develop your skills in leading, following, styling and movement so you too can be confident and "light on your feet". We instruct students of all levels and tailor each lesson so as meet their needs, whether a beginning social or advanced competitive dancer.
Cannon Studios instructs both group and private lessons to provide the best learning atmosphere possible.

Group Lessons
Group lessons are set up very similar to a college course. They occur once a week for four weeks on the same day and at the same time each week. The lessons will vary from month to month based upon enrollment and demand.

| Private lessons are sessions with an instructor in which a couple can work together on their dancing or an individual can choose to work alone with an instructor. These lessons will be scheduled with the instructor and can be used to work on improving your skills in leading and following, learning new patterns, learning styling, developing a performance piece for a showcase, or whatever you wish. It is YOUR lesson. Take advantage of our special package and take 11 lessons for the price of 10. |

Wedding Dance Lessons
Get your marriage started off on the right foot!
Your wedding day is already all about you, but imagine how incredible you will feel when you take the floor together as husband and wife and gracefully move around the floor to the music rather than doing the old standby swaying in place. It makes you smile inside doesn't it!
Wedding Dance Lessons are Private Lessons for the Bride and Groom to learn how to dance to their wedding song. We work with the bride and groom to choreograph an opening and closing for "their first dance as a couple, or the couple can bring up to 4 other people with them from the bridal party for a total of 6 people so they can all learn some basics , or we can even choreograph a large group number for the wedding party to perform (prices cover only up to 6 people).
